Ailes de poulet à la sauce aux huîtres

  • 500 g d'ailes de poulet
  • 30 ml (2 cuillèrée à soupe) de sauce soja
  • 15 ml (1 cuillèrée à soupe) de vin blanc ou de vin de riz
  • 1 gousse d'ail hachée
  • 2 tranches de gingembre coupée en lanières
  • 15 ml (1 cuillèrée à soupe) de sucre
  • 1 oignon émincé
  • 45 ml (3 cuillèrée à soupe) de sauce aux huîtres
  • 3 ciboules tranchées
  • 1 concombre en tranches
  • riz parfumé au jasmin


  • Dans un grand bol, mélanger la sauce soja, le vin blanc ou vin de riz, l'ail, le gingembre et le sucre. Ajouter ensuite les ailes de poulet et mélanger le tout. Laisser macérer 1 heure.
  • Chauffer l'huile dans un wok à feu vif. Ajouter les ailes de poulet et l'oignon, puis faire revenir pendant environ 15 minutes en les retournant souvent.
  • Incorporer la sauce aux huîtres. Cuire environ 5 minutes en couvrant le wok.
  • Déposer les ailes de poulet dans un plat de service. Ajouter la ciboule et garnir le pourtour de l'assiette des tranches de concombre.
  • Servir accompagné de riz parfumé au jasmin.
