Bouillon d'Angivy - Ron'angivy

  1. Faire revenir avec un peu d'huile une tomate, un gros oignon, du gingembre et de l'ail.
  2. Ajouter l'angivy non égoutté avec un 1/4 litre d'eau.
  3. Attendre l'ébullition et servir chaud.
  4. On peut éventuellement y ajouter une petite quantité de brè-des moringa ou ananambo selon le goût de chacun.
  5. Ce bouillon sert à arroser le riz cuit à lz malgache que l'on vous sert à table avec le laoka ritra viande ou poisson.
  6. Bon appétit ! Mazotoa homana !
